[Local infection prophylaxis with nebacetin in neurosurgical procedures].

Abstract	With the application of neomycinsulfat (Nebacetin) during neurosurgical operations the authors observed an infection rate below 1%. The form of application is intracerebral, epidural or intramuscular depending on the operation itself, wound infections and serum concentrations of neomycinsulfat are reported separately.
