[Histo- and cytochemical demonstration of exogenous alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase in tumor and tissues in mice (author's transl)].

Abstract
A simple technique for detection of alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase with 6-brom-2-naphthyl-alpha-L-arabinofuranoside has been developed and applied for the intracellular localization of the enzyme in tumorbearing mice. The results are discussed in connection to the activation of transport-forms especially in the tumor tissue by exogenous enzymes.
