[Randomized control study of methylprednisolone in the prevention of CDDP-induced emesis]

AbstractEffect of methylprednisolone on the emesis of patients treated with CDDP was examined by randomized control trial. Methylprednisolone showed no effect on the frequency of vomiting on the day of CDDP administration as well as on the duration of nausea and anorexia after CDDP treatment.
