[Modification of uremic thrombocytopathy by hemodialysis].

Abstract
By means of in vitro screen pressure measurement the functions of thrombocytes were detected in dialysis patients before and immediately after dialysis. Start values are below the normal region as a sign of uraemic thrombocytopathia. The expected improvement after dialysis was not to be seen. As a cause of deterioration an activation of the thrombocytes at the surfaces of the capillary kidney and an incomplete inhibition of this process by heparin is discussed.
