Immunotherapy in corneal herpes.

Abstract
Experiments have shown that F(ab)'2-fragments can be demonstrated intracellularly. Herpes simplex antibodies in the form of pepsin-split gamma globulin are effective in cases of dendritic keratitis. An additive effect is seen if local antibody therapy is combined with trifluorothymidine treatment.
