Bilateral renal cell carcinoma in von Hippel-Lindau disease: treatment with staged bilateral nephrectomy and hemodialysis.

Abstract
The second reported case of bilateral renal cell carcinoma associated with von Hippel-Lindau disease and treated successfully with staged bilateral nephrectomy and hemodialysis is presented, accompanied by a brief review of the literature.
