[Contact allergy to fludroxycortid and cetyl alcohol].

Abstract
A 66-year-old female developed increasing eczematous reactions after treatment of her leg ulcer with a corticoid ointment. When patch tested with the constituents she reacted positive to fludroxycortide (flurandrenolone) and cetyl alcohol. Contact allergy to this fluorinated corticosteroid has not been described before.
