Dupuytren's disease as a cause of ulnar tunnel syndrome.

Abstract
Two clinical cases of documented ulnar nerve compression in Guyon's canal caused by Dupuytren's disease are described. Surgical decompression of the canal promptly relieved the symptoms, and histologic studies confirmed the presence of Dupuytren's disease.
