[Spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia tarda: bilateral total arthroplasty of the hip].

Abstract
A brother and sister with spondylo-epiphyseal dysplasia tarda developed severe premature osteoarthritis of the hips and were treated with bilateral hip replacement in young adult life.
