[Validity of Gynaegnost in the follow-up of patients treated for ovarian cancer].

Abstract
Colorimetric assays of LDH on vaginal tampons were carried out in 45 women, following treatment for ovarian cancer, and apparently in complete remission. A small number of false positives seem to have been recorded and the authors plan to pursue this study in order to determine the exact value of this examination.
