[Severe valvular heart disease associated with aplastic anemia--a successful case report of triple valve replacement].

Abstract
A 59-year-old woman who suffered from valvular heart disease and aplastic anemia underwent triple valve replacement successfully. Aplastic anemia was effectively managed with prednisolone and mepitiostane pre-operatively. Post-operative course was almost satisfactory and blood analysis became normal under the medication of mepitiostane.
