[An improvement in the surgical cure of patients with mandibular fractures].

Abstract
The techniques involving the intraosteal injections of dioxidin-heparin solutions, ultrasound treatment, oral mucosa wound hermetization with ziakrin paste were substantiated and described as the cure for patients with open fractures of lower jaws. A total of 437 patients were treated with the complication rate decreased 2-fold.
