Emergency contraception in overweight women: an IUD is preferable.

Abstract
According to a post hoc analysis of clinical trials in several hundred obese or overweight women, levonorgestrel and ulipristal have uncertain efficacy in these patients. Insertion of an intrauterine device (IUD) is a better option.
