[Histologic evaluation of myocardial sections in acute necrobiosis of the myocardium].

Abstract
Studying the Neotetrazolium Test (NTC), which allows to detect the fresh necrobiosis of the heart muscle, there were expanded histological examination of advisable section from the limit of the necrobiosis made in 14 cases. In the paper it has been trend to qualify this histological examination for estimation of specificity NTC Test. The characterisation of described changes has confirmed need for the histological checking of the NTC Test.
