Abstract | INTRODUCTION: PRESENTATION OF CASE: DISCUSSION: Our patient had a gastric perforation secondary to ovarian metastasis. Being isolated, the absence of ascites and the transmural nature of the gastric metastasis suggest haematogenous spread .To the best of our knowledge perforated gastric metastasis secondary to ovarian cancer was not reported in literature before.
