[Effect of Bonnecor on clinical manifestations, bioelectric cardiac activity and cardiac hemodynamics in patients with acute myocardial infarction and chronic ischemic heart disease].

Abstract
Bonnecor treatment proved effective in arrest of ectopic excitation and is well tolerated by patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and chronic coronary disease (CCD). Neither decline of arterial pressure nor inhibition of intracardiac hemodynamics was recorded. The main side effect manifested as prolongation of PQ interval. Bonnecor can be widely introduced in the treatment and prevention of extrasystolic arrhythmias in AMI and CCD patients.
