Clinical Inquiry: Do any topical agents help prevent or reduce stretch marks?

Abstract
No topical agent has been proven to prevent or reduce stretch marks. Randomized controlled trials show that cocoa butter doesn't prevent stretch marks ; neither does olive oil.
