Abstract |
A small number of novel 7-(1-alkylpyrazol-4-yl)-N-[(4-fluoro-4-piperidyl)methyl]-1,6-naphthyridin-5- amines are claimed. The compounds are Syk kinase inhibitors useful in the treatment of allergic and inflammatory diseases and cancer. They represent another possible development candidate in what has become an increasing area of activity in the search for kinase inhibitors for the treatment of chronic diseases.
