[The effects of lorcainide on the ECG pattern and left ventricular function in a patient with recurrent ventricular tachycardia].

Abstract	The paper presents an adverse effect of Lorcainide on the electrocardiographic pattern and left ventricular function in a patient with recurrent ventricular tachycardia in the course of arterial hypertension and ischemic heart disease. Based upon this case report a relatively new and not well known phenomenon of drug arrhythmogenesis is presented.
