Research on discharge for coronary patients.

Abstract
Recent studies show more discharge planning is needed for coronary and congestive heart failure patients. There is often a lag between when new evidence leads to guidelines outlining an optimal treatment and the implementation of that treatment. Clinicians should give patients an ACE inhibitor to start.
