Abstract | OBJECTIVE: The objective of our study was to present the imaging features, including an MRI example, of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans of the breast, an uncommon soft-tissue neoplasm of the breast, and review the literature. CONCLUSION: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans is an extremely rare malignancy of the breast, with few published reports. This is the largest collection of such cases in a single institution with analysis of the imaging features.
