The tumor mainly consisted of which did not show mitosis. The tumor stained weakly with cytokeratin and vimentin. Thus, this tumor was very difficult to differentiate from malignant mesothelioma. Clinical symptoms such as pulmonary osteoarthropathy, hypoglycemia, and very slow growth are important characteristics in the diagnosis of localized benign mesothelioma. |
