High-content T-cell and B-cell analysis.

AbstractImmune responses are orchestrated by B- and T-cells endowed with a diverse repertoire of antigen receptors. Comprehensive profiling of the humoral and cellular immune responses, including molecular composition, the specificity of the response, the cellular activation, differentiation, and homing status, will aid to improve diagnosis, classification, monitoring, and prognostication of immune disorders driven by antigen-specific B- and T-lymphocytes.
