| Abstract | A case is presented of secondary infertility due to the concurrence of sperm autoimmunity and hyperprolactinemia. Treatment of his hyperprolactinemia with bromocriptine did not improve his fertility; however, concurrent treatment of both conditions resulted in improved semen quality, conception, and the birth of a healthy baby girl. |
