Experience with alternative material for nasal augmentation.

Abstract
In the last six years, 101 Proplast II implants were used for correcting various nasal deformities. The time of observation ranged from one to six years. During this period, four implants were removed: two because of late postoperative infection and two others because of trauma. Our experience indicates that Proplast II is a good alternative in cases that require alloplastic implants to correct an existing nasal deformity.
