[Dapsone in skin diseases].

Abstract
This article reviews mechanism of action, adverse effects, drug interactions of dapsone and its application in dermatology. Dapsone belongs to sulfones group and is mainly recommended in skin diseases where gathering of neutrophiles or eosinophiles are found.
