A growing family of natural killers.

Abstract	The structure of the natural cytotoxicity receptor NKp44, described in this issue of Structure, adds to our rapidly expanding knowledge of the structure of natural killer cell receptors, which play a key role in the elimination of virally infected and tumor cells during innate immune responses.
