Abstract |
As a result of clinical and functional investigations conducted in 47 patients with reflex and compression and radicular syndromes of lumbar osteochondrosis efficacy was substantiated of inclusion into the combined physiobalneological treatment of applications with the drug Factum-gel (Berlin-Chemie, Menarini Group). The author suggests that quantitative electromyographic determinants be used permitting the differentiation between reflex and compression and radicular syndromes and allowing the follow-up to be carried out of those patients presenting with the above clinical syndromes of lumbar osteochondrosis.
