A nuclear receptor coactivator with specificity for ESTROGEN RECEPTORS; PROGESTERONE RECEPTORS; and THYROID HORMONE RECEPTORS. It contains a HISTONE ACETYLTRANSFRASE activity that may play a role in the transcriptional activation of CHROMATIN regions.
