Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (NADPH2) (Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase)

A flavoprotein amine oxidoreductase that catalyzes the reversible conversion of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate to 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate. This enzyme was formerly classified as EC 1.1.1.171.
Also Known As:
Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase; 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (NADPH); Methylene Tetrahydrofolate Reductase; Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (NADPH); Tetrahydrofolate Reductase, Methylene; Methylene-THF Reductase (NADPH)
