Description: Inflammation of blood vessels caused by hypersensitivity to a drug or foreign agent and marked by cutaneous lesions. It is characterized by skin papules, macules, vesicles, urticarial wheals, PURPURA, small ulcers, itching, and usually a slight fever and malaise.
