Aortic Coarctation

541  relevant articles (21 outcomes, 43 trials/studies) found for this Disease

Description: A birth defect characterized by the narrowing of the AORTA that can be of varying degree and at any point from the transverse arch to the iliac bifurcation. Aortic coarctation causes arterial HYPERTENSION before the point of narrowing and arterial HYPOTENSION beyond the narrowed portion.

Also Known As:
Aortic Coarctations; Coarctation, Aortic; Coarctations, Aortic

*WARNING* This specific disease subtype has a relatively small number of significant evidence outcomes. You may proceed to order anyway, or go back to the search field and enter a more general type of the target illness. Once your report has been ordered, however, we can't refund the purchase.

CureHunter Patient-Physician Summary Reports collect in one document all the medications ever reported in the US National Library of Medicine—1949 to the present—to be effective against your target disease. CureHunter research summary reports will vary in length from 25 to 250 pages. Analytic charts allow you and your physicians to see at a glance your medication options—including new, promising, off-label and experimental.
