Kyrle disease
Follicular keratosis (Darier Disease) characterized by horny papules that can occur anywhere except the palms, soles, and mucous membranes. They may last several weeks and eventually acquire a central keratotic plug that, upon removal, leaves a crater that matches the shape of the plug (Kyrle sign). Some patients may also develop posterior, subcapsular CATARACTS. OMIM: 149500
