Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma

A rare non-Hodgkin and a cytotoxic T cell lymphoma, which preferentially infiltrates subcutaneous tissue. It is characterized by atypical lymphoid cells of varying size, typically with fragmentation of the nucleus and chromatin of dying tumor cells (karyorrhexis) and associated fat necrosis . About 20 percent of patients have AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES.
