Fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma

A distinctive type of liver cell carcinoma that arises in non-cirrhotic livers and occurs predominantly in young patients. The tumor cells are polygonal and deeply eosinophilic, and are embedded in a fibrous stroma.
