Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (Lymphosarcoma)
11/01/1999 - "
We retrospectively compared therapeutic results and adverse events in 198 elderly patients (> or = 70 yr old) with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosed between 1981 and 1995 who underwent CHOP, COP-BLAM, COP-BLAM III, or THP-COPBLM chemotherapy.
"
09/01/1994 - "
We investigated pulmonary function and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) before and after COP-BLAM III therapy in elderly patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).

Combination chemotherapy with COP-BLAM III for intermediate and high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
"
09/01/1993 - "
We treated elderly patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) with COP-BLAM III, and compared its therapeutic and adverse effects on elderly NHL patients (more than 65 years of age) with those in non-elderly patients.
"
2.
Lymphoma (Lymphomas)
09/01/1993 - "
Nine previously untreated elderly NHL patients (4 males and 5 females, with a median age of 71 years) and 13 previously untreated NHL non-elderly patients (6 males and 7 females, with a median age of 43 years) were treated with COP-BLAM III. According to the Ann Arbor staging rules for malignant lymphoma, 4 and 6 elderly patients were classified in stage III and IV, respectively, while 6 and 7 non-elderly patients were in stage III and IV, respectively.
"
05/01/1992 - "
Regarding lymphoma stage, 2 were in stage II, 3 were in stage III, and 8 were in stage IV. The chemotherapy used was COP-BLAM in 8 patients, COP-BLAM III in 2, IMV-triple P in 2, and ACVP-16 in 1. Treatment with rhG-CSF (1.5 micrograms/kg/day) was commenced during or after the 2nd course of chemotherapy when the neutrophil count dropped to greater than or equal to 1,000/microliters, and was continued until the recovery of either the neutrophil or leukocyte count to 10,000/microliters or 20,000/microliters, respectively.

Response and adverse drug reactions to combination chemotherapy in elderly patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma: comparison of CHOP, COP-BLAM, COP-BLAM III, and THP-COPBLM.

4.
Fibrosis (Cirrhosis)
11/01/1994 - "
Mild and early-Stage fibrosis was observed in the lungs of the patients who were treated with COP-BLAM III. Pulmonary adverse effects are not likely to be associated with the total administered dose of BLM, but are associated with individual susceptibility to BLM toxicity.
