if Belgian preparation is used add BENZOCAINE to data form; if Dutch preparation is used add Pramocaine to data form; for treatment of eczema; each gram Belgian ointment contains benzocaine 20mg, butyl aminobenzoate 20mg, resorcinol 20mg, 8-hydroxyquinoline 0.06mg & zinc oxide 100mg; Dutch ointment contains pramocaine as local anesthetic agent instead of benzocaine & butyl aminobenzoate
